Video Over Fiber Test 2.14
This unit is for sending 1 composite – baseband video and 2 Audio over a single fiber. Pure digital, broadcast quality, 12bit transmission system for video and audio signals for broadcasting applications Fiber Optic Video Audio Transmitter, digitizes video and audio and converts it to a digital uncompresed form. It sends modulited light signals to the fiber optic receiver where it is converted back to analog video and audio. At Thor we carry an array of standard and custom engineered solutions for video to fiber transmission. Our video over fiber converters are ideal for multiplexing up to 32 composite video channels and 64 audio channels over a single fiber. We also engineer units for bi-directional transport of signals in over a single fiber. The F-1V2A is a video to fiber multiplexer that carries one channel of baseband video and 2 channels of audio over a single fiber. Thor engineers produce units that use higher quality 10-bit digital transmission techniques that inherently eliminate signal static and blur. We design units that work with both singlemode and multimode optical fiber, singlemode allows you to transmit a fiber optic signal up to a distance of 120 km.
